1. General Inquiries

For questions about how findmerooms works, posting a room, or using the site, email:

We are a small team building direct San Francisco room listings. We read every message and aim to respond within a few business days.

2. Listing Issues

Contact us if you see a listing that appears:

  • Fraudulent, misleading, or posted without authorization
  • Outside San Francisco or not a room/sublet listing
  • Discriminatory or in violation of fair housing laws
  • Duplicate, spam, or otherwise inappropriate

Include the listing title, neighborhood, price if shown, and the findmerooms URL if you have it. We may remove or deactivate listings that violate our Terms of Service.

3. Posting Help

To list a room, sign in with Google and use List your room. Posting is free and limited to San Francisco rooms and sublets with at least one photo and open email contact.

If you run into a technical issue while posting, email legal@findmerooms.com with a short description of what happened and any error message you saw.

4. Privacy Requests

For privacy questions, data access, correction, or deletion requests, email privacy@findmerooms.com with the subject line "Privacy Request."
